Mary Curlew, LCSW / LICSW

I am a clinical social worker licensed in both Maine and Massachusetts with over 20 years experience providing space and guidance for healing. I am trained in EMDR, DBT and CBT and have extensive experience in mindfulness practices to include trauma informed yoga. Whether providing trauma therapy in an individual meeting or meeting with a community organization for education and training, I bring a passion for healing rather than simply treating and a focus on growth in connection. In addition, I am a trained spiritual director and believe strongly that resiliency is supported by the four pillars of our mind, body, spirit, and connection to others.
